Our factories are located in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, equipped with automated enamelling lines that support continuous production of copper, aluminum, and copper-clad aluminum round wires.

Each production line integrates:

Multi-pass annealing and painting for consistent film adhesion

Real-time diameter monitoring with automatic adjustment

In-line spark testing to ensure insulation integrity

We produce thermal classes from 130L to 240, with film grades 1, 2, and 3, across conductor diameters from 0.02mm to 4.00mm. Our monthly capacity for regular enameled wires reaches 100 tons, enabling stable supply for both sample and bulk orders.

Every coil is traceable – from raw copper to finished wire.
