We are pleased to announce the successful development of a new product: aromatic polyimide enameled constantan round wire with Grade 3 thick-film insulation, specifically designed for T‑type thermocouples. A stainless steel braided shielded version is also available for additional mechanical protection.

Constantan is a copper‑nickel resistance alloy known for its low temperature coefficient of resistance, wide operating range (up to 480°C), excellent workability, and strong solderability. The naturally smooth surface of constantan wire poses adhesion challenges for polyimide coatings.
