Standard grade 2 build provides robust insulation for voltages up to several kV.


 Aluminum vs. Copper — Strategic Choice

Aluminum magnet wire offers significant weight savings (approximately 40% lighter than copper for the same ampacity) and lower material cost, making it ideal for large-scale transformers, wind turbine generators, and industrial motors. With proper design (larger cross-section), aluminum windings perform reliably at 180°C thermal class. CHINGCUNG's advanced coating ensures excellent adhesion and uniform insulation even on rectangular profiles.
